Michelle Phang is a Partner in Ashurst, an international law firm with 29 offices in 17 countries. She is with the Corporate Transactions team in Singapore .

She has been advising on cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures and public takeovers, with a particular focus on ASEAN for close to 20 years. Along with the transactional element of these matters, she also advises on the initial set-up and day-to-day legal matters arising from these transactions.
Her clients include state-owned entities, private enterprises and family offices.

Greg is a Partner and leads the Business Advisory and Tax Services at Grant Thornton and represents the firm for tax matters in the Grant Thornton International network. Greg also leads our transfer pricing service, advising on cross border risks, structuring and strategies.

Greg has over 35 years’ experience in tax consulting and has a wide range of expertise in domestic and international taxation. His clients cover a broad spectrum of businesses including those in the manufacturing, distribution, Maori business sector and film industries, and range from high-net-worth individuals, owner-operated business, Not for Profit organisations, listed entities, and multi-nationals.

Critically, Greg believes it is important to place tax advice in the context of normal commercial transactions, and by understanding the rules a better outcome can be achieved.

He’s passionate about using technology to better address urban climate challenges, build greater economic opportunities and boost citizen engagement. He is a regular international speaker and media commentator on these issues.

Mark founded the advisory and services business Serviceworks. He was also an elected member of Australasia's largest local authority and the one of the world’s most liveable city, Auckland New Zealand, for six years.

He received the Leadership Award for Outstanding Contribution towards building Smart Cities, the Asia Smart Cities Excellence Award, and is part of the Top 50 Most Impactful Smart Cities Leaders.

He is an experienced director and has held governance roles across a range of private, public and not-for-profit organisations.
