Webinar - Around ASEAN - US-China Trade and its wider implications for ASEAN.

The ASEAN New Zealand Business Council, as a proud member of the ASEAN Business Alliance, is delighted to host an Around ASEAN webinar on Wednesday 26 April, 5:30pm - 6:15pm NZT. The topic of this Around ASEAN webinar is, 'US-China Trade and its wider implications for ASEAN'.

One of the biggest factors affecting trade and supply chains in Southeast Asia right now is not post-COVID shock, but the US-China trade war. This political situation is having a far greater impact on supply chains, investment and a number of flow-on effects to the ASEAN regional economy.

We are very pleased to welcome two commentators on this far-reaching trade topic to the webinar, Stephen Jacobi, Managing Director, Jacobi Consulting Limited and Executive Director, NZ International Business Forum Inc, and Professor Siah Hwee Ang, Director of New Zealand's Southeast Asia Centre of Asia-Pacific Excellence (SEA CAPE), and Professor of International Business and Strategy and Professorial Chair in Business Asia at Victoria University of Wellington.
