Santiago Aon Ratto is a dairy industry executive with experience spanning a cumulative 26 years. He joined Fonterra in 2008 from SanCor – largest dairy Coop in Argentina and has worked globally across Fonterra in roles including GM MEA&CIS and Sales Director, Middle East to Mexico where he was responsible for sales. His current role, based at Fonterra in New Zealand is as Director Global Supply Chain. Prior to this Santiago was Director, Product Portfolio Optimisation role where he led the enterprise-wide Product Optimisation Strategy.

Notable achievements include leading the consolidation of Fonterra’s operations in the Middle East, establishing several strategic partnerships and being part of the think-tank that led Fonterra’s long-term strategy, “Long Term Aspirations”. Earlier in his career, Santiago worked in the leather and meat industries, before joining SanCor, where he was their Global Sales Manager before joining Fonterra.

Santiago holds a Bachelor of International Trade and an MBA degree from IPADE (Mexico). He is married with two children. Outside work, Santiago enjoys practising a variety of sports, travelling the great outdoors, cooking and home-brewing.

Richard is leading the transformation of the Air New Zealand Supply Chain into a best-in-class aviation supply chain with his team including Strategy & Performance, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, GSE & Tooling, and Supply Chain Operations teams. Prior to his current role Richard has had a number of leadership roles including being responsible for the Supply Chain at Douglas Pharmaceuticals and at the Sky City Entertainment Group, having started his career with the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

Jeremy Couchman is a Senior Economist within MFAT’s Economic Division, focused on trade and economic research in support of MFAT’s trade policy. Prior to joining MFAT, Jeremy worked a Senior Economist at Kiwibank, producing commentary on key economic data and events. Over his career to date, Jeremy has worked for a variety of private and public sector organisations including the Treasury, and a major new paper publisher in the UK.

With extensive experience across client and services roles in NZ, Australia, the US, and the UK, Aiden has worked across all levels of sales, consulting, and technology leadership, focusing on delivering turnaround and transformation strategies that drive business performance.

Stephanie sits on the Board of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority and the Advisory Board of the Centres for Asia-Pacific Excellence.
