Andrew Needs has a long and varied career within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, serving overseas in Canada (twice); Australia (twice); Fiji and the Cook Islands and has travelled extensively from head office on various short term assignments. He would consider his areas of expertise to be in the political and security arenas. Management and Strategic Leadership have been his focus for at least the past decade.
